By using the services provided by JABJJAcademy, including our website and classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership and Trial Classes
- All memberships and trial classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Trial classes are non-refundable, and each trial class is limited to one per person.
- Membership fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected.
2. Payment Terms
- Membership fees must be paid on time to continue access to our services.
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
- In case of payment failure, access to classes may be suspended until payment is processed.
3. Code of Conduct
- All students are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the academy.
- Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and membership may be revoked.
4. Health and Safety
- All students should inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries before participating in classes.
- JABJJAcademy is not responsible for injuries that occur during classes or events.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day notice. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds are not provided for membership payments already processed, except in special circumstances.
6. Changes to Terms
- JABJJAcademy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- JABJJAcademy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in classes or events.
